In this guide, we will detail the steps to sign up to ePOS Hybrid Payments via Stripe.
ePOS Hybrid Payments is our integrated payments product with no monthly fees, no contracts, quick signup and allows you to view your ePOS and Payments all in one place!
If you are an Existing ePOS Hybrid customer, you can request a direct signup link from our Customer Success Team, and once you click the link you will open at the below page:
Click Connect with ePOS Hybrid Payments to get started.
After selecting Get Started with ePOS Hybrid Payments, you will see the below Stripe signup page.
If you are a New ePOS Hybrid Customer completing your Onboarding Setup for the first time, you will begin the process on this page.
Complete the required details in the first page - Country, Type of Entity (Sole Trader or Company - you will need your Limited Company details), Mobile Number (which is needed to verify your account) and Email Address to receive important updates.
Once all of the required information has been entered, click Next to proceed.
The next page requires you to enter some basic details about your business, firstly by selecting the relevant Industry from the dropdown box (for example Restaurants and Nightlife) and entering your Business Website in the textbox below the Industry dropdown - this box is a mandatory field.
If you do not have a Business Website, you can include an App Store Link, Social Media Page Link or add a Product Description.

After selecting the Industry and completing the Business Website textbox, click Next to proceed.
The following page allows you to specify the Bank Account where Payouts from ePOS Hybrid Payments will be paid to.
Select the Currency, the Country that the bank account is held in and the Sort Code/Account Number, confirming the Account Number for a second time.
Once the details have been confirmed, the final page allows you to Review the details entered before completing your Signup. If you need to Edit any details, select the Edit icon on the top-right corner of each section.
After submitting the completed details, you will receive confirmation that your ePOS Hybrid Payments Onboarding is complete, with a button to take you directly to your ePOS Hybrid Admin Panel.
Once your ePOS Hybrid Payments Signup has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from Stripe to confirm that your account has been setup.
